Designing from one of our base models is the most cost-effective and efficient way for us to work together. However each of these designs originated as a custom order that was designed to meet someone's needs. Tell us what your needs are!
Local delivery is available for an additional fee. We realize that most people who need a coop built also need delivery. Our delivery fee is meant to be reasonable and fair for that service. In general, expect $50-100 plus $1.75 per mile from our location, depending on the size of the structure. Most people need/want deliver/set up so we keep our rates reasonable.
